Gateway Art Gallery Members Continue to Shine

Gateway Art Gallery is proud to congratulate four of its talented artists and supporters on their recent accomplishments.

Ingrid Ilona Herzog continues to earn regional recognition for her innovative fluid art. She was selected as one of only 12 artists featured in WUFT PBS Gainesville's 2026 "Artistry in Motion" series, showcasing North Florida's remarkable artists. Herzog was also chosen as one of 20 artists in the new Art Collective at The Oaks Mall in Gainesville and as one of only four featured artists exhibiting both her paintings and wearable art at the Marriott Bonvoy Gallery during the Art of Association 2026 Convention. A permanent display artist at Gateway Art Gallery, her work has found collectors as far away as Hungary.

Steve Smith, Gateway Art Gallery Board Member, was recently recognized when his Edward Jones office was voted Best of the Best Financial Advisors by readers of the Lake City Reporter. Steve's dedication to both his profession and the arts makes him a valued member of the Gallery family.

Lisa Eikenberry, one of Gateway Art Gallery's permanent display artists, is known for her enchanting mixed-media creations that combine acrylic painting with intricate sculptural wirework. Her growing reputation has earned her a new exhibiting opportunity at the recently opened Art at the Canopy in Ocala.

Jerrilyn Guiss, an accomplished watercolor artist and popular Gateway Art Gallery instructor, has expanded her teaching by opening her own home studio in Fort White. Students can now enjoy her watercolor classes in both Fort White and at Gateway Art Gallery in Lake City.
