General

Do I have to be a member to create a user account? ▾

No. While creating an account is more useful to members and Gallery artists, anyone may create a user account. Visit our signup page to create an account with an email and password. Once registered, you can log in to manage your membership info, class registrations, and more from your profile.

How can I join the Gallery as a Display Artist? ▾

Gallery membership is a perk reserved for members of the Art League of North Florida. Members may apply to join the Gallery by filling out the application form on our website. We are frequently at capacity, but new applicants will be put on our waitlist.

How do I add items to my Artist Inventory? ▾

Once you're logged in as an approved Artist, go to your Account page and select the "My Inventory" tab. From there you can add new items with a title, description, price, and photo. Approved artists can list items directly; new items may need a quick admin review before they go live in the shop.

Membership

I'm a member but I'm not getting any emails... what gives? ▾
We do not automatically sign people up to our email list. Visit our website and scroll down to the bottom of the page to enter your email and subscribe.
Do I have to be an artist to join the Art League? ▾

Nope! Everyone is welcomed to join the League. Artists, collectors, and enthusiasts alike may join for just $35/year.

Classes

Do you offer refunds? ▾

All shop/artwork sales are final. Class registrations are non-refundable for no-shows, but please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule — we're happy to help when we can. Cancellations within 24h of class or event start may not be eligible.

YAL

How do I enroll my child in Youth Art League? ▾
YAL enrollment opens in November for each following year. Arrive at noon on enrollment day to sign the waivers and enroll for just $20/year. We do not offer online enrollment at this time.

What kinds of texts will I get? ▾
  • Class & event reminders the day before your scheduled class or event
  • RSVP requests for select events — just reply YES or NO
  • Membership renewal reminders as your renewal date approaches
  • Occasional updates from the Gallery for volunteers and artists who've opted in
Can I text back? ▾

Yes, for a few things:

  • MY INFO — get your membership number, level, status, and renewal date sent right back to you
  • YES / NO — reply to an RSVP-required event reminder to confirm or decline attendance
  • HELP — get our phone number and email for assistance
  • STOP — unsubscribe from all future texts at any time
Are these texts optional? ▾

Yes — texts are opt-in at checkout when registering for a class or event, or at membership signup. You may opt out anytime by replying STOP.

Will I be charged? ▾

No, not by us. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, however.
